How can exercise help?
Research has found that regular exercise is one of the most effective treatments for arthritis. Exercise may be in the form of strength training (with the use of weights or resistance bands or body weight), aerobic training (such as walking or cycling), aquatic (water) exercise, and more, including tai chi and balance exercises.
